Big thank to dr gholizadeh and julie senior hygienist My son, who has special needs, had a very pleasant experience with Julie today. I was truly impressed by her patience and kindness. She was able to take 8 X-rays and complete his cleaning, which is usually very challenging. To my surprise, she kept him calm and engaged the whole time by playing games and making the visit enjoyable for him. Her approach made a big difference, and I’m very grateful for the care she provided. Highly recommend her!
This is the third time we came just to learn that nothing will be done. I cannot have freezing for filling because I pass out. They knew that from last time. Now they said they are waiting for the doctor to see about general anesthesia. We have been waiting for 30 minutes to learn that it will be a referral because they do that here. After another 10 minutes later we asked if we needed to wait. They said no, we can go. So after 40 minutes we left with nothing yet again! There is a serious communication flaw going on here.
Vanessa was awesome! Asked me how I was doing throughout my cleaning. Very knowledgeable and got out of my appt with more details on how to better take care of my teeth. Everyone was very welcoming and they used my name throughout. Very happy with the care I received.
