Appliance Solutions was great. I submitted the contact form on their site early in the morning and they had Jose out same day to check out the issue with our washer. He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave an accurate timeline to receive the part, and installed the part a few days later. The entire time he was here, he was polite and friendly and he took the time to explain the tests he did and the part warranty after the work was done. Will absolutely rely on Appliance Solutions again for any future repairs needed.
This is the second time Jose has come out to fix an appliance, and I couldn't be happier. Great communication, arrived exactly when he said he would, and completely professional the entire time. And my dogs loved him! Both issues were fixed quickly. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Our oven stopped working over the weekend so I called Appliance Solutions for help. The technician, Jose, was at my house the following Monday morning. Jose was so nice, professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and my oven was fixed Wednesday morning. I can’t say enough great things about Jose! He was incredibly patient and took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong with my washer.
