Jose did an excellent job fixing my fridge. From the moment he arrived, Jose was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Our oven stopped working over the weekend so I called Appliance Solutions for help. The technician, Jose, was at my house the following Monday morning. Jose was so nice, professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and my oven was fixed Wednesday morning. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. The washer is running perfectly now thanks to his skill and thoroughness. My technician, Jose, was friendly, quick and communicated exactly what the issue was. The text communication from the company telling you when the technician is on their way is very helpful. The personnel scheduling over the phone are courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend.
Love it to find a service company that follows through and does its job! Electric dryer not working. Able to get an appointment same day. Given a time frame for arrival and arrived in middle of time frame. Problem diagnosed quickly and repaired. In and out in 30 minutes. Very reasonable price. Adeel was super!
