Our experience was fantastic. Our oven stopped working and Jose came out and diagnosed it right away. We had the part ordered and he came back and fixed it and everything works. Professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with.
I had a very good experience with this company for an issue with my refrigerator. The technician texted me when he was on his way, which I appreciate. The technician was very polite and professional. He explained what he thought was causing the leak, fixed it, and cleaned up the area when he was done. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Excellent. Jose was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job on finding the problem with my washing machine, ordered the part and came back and installed it in a timely matter. I highly recommend him.
I made my appointment in the evening, and got one for the following morning. Jose came on time. I will never call any other appliance repair. He was honest and so kind. He had my oven working right in just no time.
I had trouble with my ice maker they came diagnosed the problem ordered a replacement and eight days later installed it. Jose was ver professional and knowledgeable I would use again
