I had the best experience at Apricot Lane. The moment I walked in I felt very welcomed. Danielle, is who helped me. She was warm, friendly and just overall great! I just love this store! It’s is unique and the staff are always friendly and very helpful! They carry a lot of Z Supply which is one of my favorite casual yet chic at the same time! One of the best shops in Syracuse area by far! 🩷
I can't love this place enough!! When I need something super cute and different I head to Apricot Lane! I LOVE the unique things they carry! Oh! And IMHO the prices are incredibly reasonable!!
Staff is always helpful, variety is great! I never leave the store empty handed.
Worst customer service experience with the Store Manager Danielle! She is rude, confrontational and dismissive. I have given her the benefit of possibly having a bad day, but she has struck out on third encounter. This review does not apply to salesperson Elsha, who has been extremely helpful. I have purchased a lot of clothing for my College aged daughter, formal and casual, gift cards etc. but Danielle has turned me away from any future purchases!
