The stylists were so amazing. They made my shopping experience stellar. I went to the store with my mom just to look around but we both ended up finding something to purchase. The clothes and designs that they have are very different and one of a kind. I was able to find a beautiful dress that will be a staple in my closet from now on. If you want to find outstanding clothes and above excellent customer service apricot boutique is definitely right for your next shopping trip. Vivian and Ciara are amazing.
Not sure how this store stays in business with their horrific return / exchange policy. Regardless of their inventory, I will never shop there again. Make sure everything fits and you love it before you walk out the door, especially if it’s off their sale rack. The sales person I experienced was terrible and condescending in her remarks about their policy.
When we made our purchase just a couple days before mother day. We were told if the outfit does not fit we would allow a return for store credit. We did not know that it had to be done within 7 days of the purchase date. When trying to exchange. We were told very rudely that the store employee that helped with the initial purchase was wrong for not telling us about the 7 day return policy.
The owner was very kind. The shop has lots of different options varying in price. I'd Say it's a fun shop for all ages.
I loved the quality and variety of the clothes in the store. The customer service was EXCELLENT, very attentive and personable. I had a fantastic experience, purchased two dresses and will def be back .
