Had great service 2 days ago when I went, the lady helped me out, picked a few items for me to try on and I ended up purchasing 2 of them to try for Valentine's day! I was very excited because she was just so kind. Ended up not wearing them and went and exchanged them today. New lady was there, she was not very pleasant the whole time I was there. It was ok. The TCU stuff at the back of the store is cute and unique. Everything else was a bit overpriced for what it was. There was also an employee constantly following us around and asking questions, making suggestions, etc. This was very annoying.
Worst store and staff ever. Exchange policy is very strict and probably explains why they have no one shopping in the store. When I questioned little “missy” a few minutes ago (7/9/24 @ 5:10 PM), she sarcastically informed me that there were “also” signs at the register after explaining the ridiculous store policy. Popped in today for the first time and omg do they have such cute stuff!! Lots of colors and styles at very decent price points. The girls working were extremely friendly and sweet. I left with a cute top for a festival and will definitely be back!
Absolutely ATROCIOUS with new ownership! Their “exchange” policy is absolutely ridiculous to any adult with a semi functional brain. I bought a dress from there 3 days ago - got it home, tried it on some more, and realized i didn’t love it as much as I did in the store. I was aware at purchase that I couldn’t have a refund but that an exchange was acceptable. I went in today to exchange my dress for something else, but I didn’t find anything that I liked.
