It was time for our yearly cleaning and reset of our system. We were assigned an awesome tech named Jason. He was so friendly and informative. He came in and checked everything out and explained what was needed. He got to it and got it knocked in really quick. Great work. He gave us some tips on how to improve our ice maker and it is working so much better. Jason was great and aqua clear is a great company.
Christa was very friendly, professional and informative. Mark came out and tested our water and provided a system recommendation. Mark was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his product. We were able to get the system installed 3 days later. The installer, like Mark, arrived on time. The installer did a professional install and provided easy to understand operating instructions. AquaClear is a very professional run business model. Always keeping you updated with text or emails. They did a great job installing our new system. Chris did the setup on the system to meet our needs here. I am very pleased woth the work they all did! Hope it gives us many years of good service!
Sean Jones did a great job on our whole home water filtration system install. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and did a clean job. As a small business owner myself, the little details matter when it comes to customer service and professionalism. Sean and everyone else from the aqua clear team have been great to work with. Thank you all for the great service. We look forward to continued business.
Aqua Clear has provided excellent service to maintain my aging water-softening and filtration systems. When the old system finally reached its limit and failed, their technician, Samuel Miguel, did an excellent job swapping it out for a much more efficient system. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional and efficient. I have every confidence in this company, their technicians and the quality of their products. I will continue using their service to maintain these systems.
