We have dealt with AquaClear Water Systems for more than 4 years now and have always had great experiences with any employee we have been in contact with. This past weekend we had an alarm go off so I called and was put in touch with the automated system and scheduled a service call. I’ve been an AguaClear customer for 13 years, and I continue to be impressed with their quality and service. They reinstalled my water softener when I moved homes in 2020, and it has performed flawlessly ever since. I called Aqua Clear Water Systems to come and check my water system because my children Gene Villanueva, Tony and Andrea Whaley and my grandson Jordan Whaley all had their water system done by this company. I was very impressed by their accuracy, punctuality and knowledge about their business. They came and installed my new system in a very timely manner. They left my home neat and clean. Had a very good experience, we recently had a system installed and we were having a small issue, we contacted the company and they immediately set us up with an appointment. The tech (Colton Cagle) that came out was really nice and answered any questions my boyfriend or I had. He explained how the systems ran and what each of the machine we had installed did. Definitely recommend this company!!

Excellent service from Aqua Clear. Rob Tunnell came and assessed our system. He was very knowledgeable, shared the alternatives that we had and came up with great recommendations. Marshall Smith installed our new system, and did an awesome job. Someone recommended Aqua Clear to us and I am very glad. From the initial service call with Rob, scheduling the installation, and Marshall installing the system we have very professional and excellent service. We love our system!! Thank you Aqua Clear
