Me and my wife stopped in to look at some hot tubs and met with Eddie. He was incredibly friendly and helped us pick out a nice hot tub based on our needs. We wanted something with a lot of jets and with enough power to help with my bad back. He suggested the G6. It was a really nice hot tub and we assumed it would be out of our price range due to all the features. We set a budget of $10k and ended up spending nowhere near that. Such a solid experience working with this company. Chris, at the local Latham store, was a pleasure to do business with. I had many questions from the delivery to the operation of the tub and Chris was there to help and answer everything even after the sale was already completed! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a hot tub.
Chris was so easy to work with and we love our new Catalina Kennedy! We did a bunch of shopping and everywhere else we looked was close to $20k even before the cover! Thanks again Chris! Update: Chris even helps after the sale and service is excellent!!
