Ryan was extremely helpful with every step of my spa purchase. It took me a few months to make my decision on a unit and he was always ready to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately during shipping my unit received some minor cosmetic damage and Ryan even took the initiative to order the replacement panels before I was even made aware of the damage. My hot tub showed up 6-30-23 and all of the Jets on the waterfall were glued in at different angles look like a poor quality build. I called my rep that sold me the spa(Ryan ). He told me. Oh it’s just cosmetic. Don’t worry you will love your spa. I told him I was concerned about the way. The other components were put together since they don’t have enough pride in their work to install the water outlets in the waterfall correctly or consistently . Worst ever run away!!! Finally decided on the S12 swim spa signed papers put the deposit down and they said it would be here within 2 months, I was not happy about that but decided to wait. After not hearing from anyone and was a week before the 2 months I decided to email them since the store is now only open 1 day a week and we finished with everything that we was supposed to do like putting in a 220 and poring a cement slab.
