Matthew sold us a Catalina swim spa today. He was amazing , super patient . Spent time with us answering my 5000 questions. Got us a great price. Best part didn’t put a lot of pressure on us. Honest and upfront and super friendly!!!
I was looking at the cold tub/hot tub. I dealt with Matthew and Chris and they were very patient, nice, funny, and informative. The customer care I received was excellent and above and beyond. Every question I had was answered very throughly. I did end up getting one and the cover! We got the best of both worlds for us, the hot and cold! We are both happy :-) Get yours now, seriously, you won’t be disappointed. You can’t go wrong with the cold tub/hot tub or these guys!
Matthew is a very knowledgeable sales rep who knows the product and in not a pressure type of guy. He provides the information requested and was enjoyable to work with.. the fact that the product is made in the USA is also a plus.
The salesman Matthew met us with a great personality and excitement. Answered all of our quesitions, and was very acomidaiting. We had a great shopping experience and will highly refer Aqua Living here in caldwell to everyone we know that might be looking into getting a hot tub!
