I was looking at the cold tub/hot tub. I dealt with Matthew and Chris and they were very patient, nice, funny, and informative. The customer care I received was excellent and above and beyond. Every question I had was answered very throughly. I did end up getting one and the cover! We got the best of both worlds for us, the hot and cold! We are both happy :-) Get yours now, seriously, you won’t be disappointed. You can’t go wrong with the cold tub/hot tub or these guys!

The salesman Matthew met us with a great personality and excitement. Answered all of our quesitions, and was very acomidaiting. We had a great shopping experience and will highly refer Aqua Living here in caldwell to everyone we know that might be looking into getting a hot tub!

We absolutely love our hot tub! We have had it for a year. Have not had any problems with it what-so-ever. It was time to purchase a new filter for the hot tub and we weren't sure what type of filter our hot tub needed since it had no serial number on it. We called and spoke to Matthew. He was very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. Now we will have a new filter in no time!
