To start: all of the dealers in Boise are horrible on pricing. Talking with competitors they can't tell you what their value added is to add an additional 5-8k onto their prices. This place is amazing. Great pricing. Direct from factory. They keep you in the loop on the entire manufacturing process and timing with weekly emails. Ryan was extremely helpful with every step of my spa purchase. It took me a few months to make my decision on a unit and he was always ready to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately during shipping my unit received some minor cosmetic damage and Ryan even took the initiative to order the replacement panels before I was even made aware of the damage. My hot tub showed up 6-30-23 and all of the Jets on the waterfall were glued in at different angles look like a poor quality build. I called my rep that sold me the spa(Ryan ). He told me. Oh it’s just cosmetic. Don’t worry you will love your spa. I told him I was concerned about the way. The other components were put together since they don’t have enough pride in their work to install the water outlets in the waterfall correctly or consistently .
