We absolutely love our hot tub! We have had it for a year. Have not had any problems with it what-so-ever. It was time to purchase a new filter for the hot tub and we weren't sure what type of filter our hot tub needed since it had no serial number on it. We called and spoke to Matthew. He was very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. Now we will have a new filter in no time!

We love our tub. But 2.5 years after purchase, the glue began to fail and the leaks have been constant. Aqua Living refuses to honor our five year warranty on labor. You'll save a lot of money with these tubs. But keep in mind that you're going to spend a fair amount on repairs. The warranty they pitch doesn't exist.

To start: all of the dealers in Boise are horrible on pricing. Talking with competitors they can't tell you what their value added is to add an additional 5-8k onto their prices. This place is amazing. Great pricing. Direct from factory. They keep you in the loop on the entire manufacturing process and timing with weekly emails. Ryan is great about not trying to upcharge you and getting you the right tub. The delivery team was great and my wife said they helped her with correct placement.
