Just made our first hot tub purchase ever. A huge shout out to Matthew! He was super friendly and went out of his way to help us find the tub that best fit us! We will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for a great experience
We absolutely love our hot tub! We have had it for a year. Have not had any problems with it what-so-ever. It was time to purchase a new filter for the hot tub and we weren't sure what type of filter our hot tub needed since it had no serial number on it. We called and spoke to Matthew. He was very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. Now we will have a new filter in no time!
The best spa purchase experience ever! Matt was so awesome, knowledgeable and so helpful! He helped us get the perfect spa for our family's needs - and made it a fun experience! Don't bother going to see anyone else, you'll regret it ;)
This hot tub has changed my days. I feel better while dealing with everyday struggles that hinder my life. Do yourself a favor and enjoy life it is to short to not to.
Wrote my original when I was still on site and the salesman was begging me for 5 stars to help him out. I felt sorry for him and I did. Needless to say, this was after I drove an hour to purchase and pick up my hot tub that I was pre approved for only to be told they do not do same day sales and pick up. After a call to the regional manager they agreed to let me get the tub. It has been a week and a few days and I have yet to receive a filter or any chemicals that I ordered.
