I bought a 21 foot swim spa from Rich at Aqua living in Raleigh. The purchase experience was very easy and his customer service has been perfect. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
My husband and I had talked about a swim spa for the health benefits. I filled out an online form. Samantha from the Durham, NC office reached out. She answered all my questions and worked tirelessly to find the perfect swim spa and had other options as well. She made me feel like I was the only customer she had. We had an amazing experience today with Rich. The only reason we hadn’t pulled the trigger on purchasing a hot tub prior was because of the dreaded lengthy process. This was NOT the case here. We were in and out and full of way more knowledge than what we showed up with. So thorough and helpful and just all around excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend.
Rich S. was super helpful, took time to explain everything, very professional and easy to work with. He made the entire process super smooth (wish buying a car was this easy, lol). Would definitely recommend him if you are looking to make a purchase.
Received the Catalina Nantucket without the lounger and we absolutely love it!!! Richard was very knowledgeable and so friendly throughout the process. He kept me updated as my hot tub was being built and shipped.
