We recently purchased a Hot Tub from Aqua Living. We had a great experience from the time we entered the showroom until delivery. Richard was very knowledgeable and assisted us with choosing the right tub for us. We were kept updated on a regular basis as our tub was being manufactured. Delivery was as promised and seamless. This has turned into a terrible experience. I highly recommend you do NOT do business with this company. They sell you on the floor model which is free of blemishes, missing pieces, stripped screws or any defects, THAT'S a brand new hot tub. But what they do is they say they're giving you a "new" hot tub, but it's likely one from their "nick and dent" section. Aqua Living did a great job unloading and installing my new Jucuzzi they showed up on time. We’re very courteous professional. Make sure all my needs were fulfilled. I would definitely refer these guys again. Keep up the good work guys.
The most welcoming experience we have had. We have been looking for a hot tub and went to some local mom and pop places and didn’t get the experience we had today at Aqua living in Raleigh. Such a pleasure and delight to be treated with such open arms and complete honesty. We are so glad we went to Aqua Living for of hot tub. Highly highly recommend.
