This has turned into a terrible experience. I highly recommend you do NOT do business with this company. They sell you on the floor model which is free of blemishes, missing pieces, stripped screws or any defects, THAT'S a brand new hot tub. But what they do is they say they're giving you a "new" hot tub, but it's likely one from their "nick and dent" section. The most welcoming experience we have had. We have been looking for a hot tub and went to some local mom and pop places and didn’t get the experience we had today at Aqua living in Raleigh. Such a pleasure and delight to be treated with such open arms and complete honesty. We are so glad we went to Aqua Living for of hot tub. Highly highly recommend. I bought a 21 foot swim spa from Rich at Aqua living in Raleigh. The purchase experience was very easy and his customer service has been perfect. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
My husband and I had talked about a swim spa for the health benefits. I filled out an online form. Samantha from the Durham, NC office reached out. She answered all my questions and worked tirelessly to find the perfect swim spa and had other options as well. She made me feel like I was the only customer she had. We had an amazing experience today with Rich. The only reason we hadn’t pulled the trigger on purchasing a hot tub prior was because of the dreaded lengthy process. This was NOT the case here. We were in and out and full of way more knowledge than what we showed up with. So thorough and helpful and just all around excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend.
