This hot tub experience was perfect. We went in on a weekend, discussed features that were needed and wanted with ease. We were treated with the utmost professionalism by Julie the sales manager. She was there for us every step of the way. I also had an experience with the service department who handled my questions with urgency even though I had nothing to be concerned about. I just received my hot tub today. It took about 3-4 weeks from ordering to delivery. We dealt with Julie Ricks, who was amazing! Very informative and an outstanding response time on any questions. Julie recommended Kevin, for delivery of the hot tub. It was $600.00 for delivery, which was well worth it. Kevin and his crew were timely and very careful with the tub. If you’re looking for a hot tub, THIS IS THE PLACE!!
Update... They sent my new filters and some clips for the cover- to bad I asked for a specific screw to close the screen for the filters that were never included in the delivery... But what's even sadder is I got four filters all the wrong size for my particular spa... I had to take away a star from my previous rating because this is getting ridiculous! Had a great experience from beginning to purchase. Julie was very thorough in explaining my 10,000 questions and made the shopping experience wonderful. Never felt pressure to buy right away. I was helping my in-laws with their purchase, but I will keep this place in mind for future purchases for my own home.
Julie Ricks at Aqua Living in Mandeville is a joy to work with. From the moment I walked into the showroom, she was so kind and answered every one of the gazillion questions I had. Her patience never wavered. She knows her product and knows that it sells itself. We looked at several spa brands at other dealers beforehand and found the Catalina brand to be far superior in every way (and it's made in the USA). Even the price beat the other dealers!
