Kurt was super helpful and found the perfect part to get back into enjoying our tub. The factory has a larger selection of tub and swim spas. Definitely a great selection. Highly recommend.
We are very happy with the no hassle pricing and this tub has a lot of bells & whistles. The company sent great paperwork and instructions before delivery. They even sent a link on where to get replacement parts if ever needed. The delivery crew was super professional and clean and we couldn’t be happier with our Catalina Carlton Hot Tub

I originally stopped into Aqua Living Outlet to purchase some chemicals but didn't realize they were sold online only. Kurt went above and beyond and provided me with enough chemicals so I could open my hot tub this weekend.
