Kurt was super helpful and found the perfect part to get back into enjoying our tub. The factory has a larger selection of tub and swim spas. Definitely a great selection. Highly recommend.
We are very happy with the no hassle pricing and this tub has a lot of bells & whistles. The company sent great paperwork and instructions before delivery. They even sent a link on where to get replacement parts if ever needed. The delivery crew was super professional and clean and we couldn’t be happier with our Catalina Carlton Hot Tub

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Aqua Living Factory. My hot tub was delivered damaged and leaking. Rather than sending someone out to repair it, they expected me to take it apart and fix it myself. When making a major purchase like this, I expected better quality and customer service. Receiving a damaged, leaking hot tub is unacceptable—and being told to fix it on my own is even worse. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
