I purchased a hot tub from Roger recently, and the experience was excellent! He answered all my questions, no pressure, and purchased the next weekend. He texted me when my hot tub was going to arrive and arranged delivery date. I was able to wait an extra week before delivery, as I wasn't quite ready for it. Yes, indeed, this place is the real deal. Buying a hot tub can be a stressful decision with so much cost and permanency, but Roger at Aqua Living made it as smooth as could be expected. We checked out other retailers in town, but really liked that Aqua Living was very forthright about their pricing, and much less expensive. I love this place! They have some of the best prices in town and excellent service ranging from sales to delivery. They provide single personal tubs all the way up to swim spas. Golf Carts as well! Go check them out! Highly recommended.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My purchase of a brand new Catalina Luxury Berkshire model hot tub from Aqua Living in Reno has been nothing but a nightmare from the day I received my tub 4 months ago (October 2022). My brand new tub arrived riddled with issues. The sales rep at Aqua living told me that they had issues with shipping tubs on their side and that mine was in fact shipped on its side.
