. I got my hot tub during the rain and snow promotion, where I'd get a full refund if it snowed or rained an inch or more. Well, it happened. The only one in the country to be exaxr. I feel Roger is the reason I even decided to take part and purchase one at all..it was merely a window shop until we walked in and was immediately helped by him. His energy was perfect. I decided to make a purxhase. It was the best decision. I\nThank you for all your support , roger. Five stars.

From the first visit we were able to explain what we were seeking and felt the representative, Roger, listened carefully. He explained our options, timeline and cost. We had visited many spa stores… so we knew the difference. We concluded the purchase and have not been disappointed. The delivery and installation was perfect. We’re very happy.
I purchased a hot tub from Roger recently, and the experience was excellent! He answered all my questions, no pressure, and purchased the next weekend. Aqua Living has the biggest selection of spas and the best prices in the business- but the best part is Roger- the Sales Manager in Reno! This guy not only knows what he is talking about, but he is patient and thorough when it comes to answering questions, and he is not pushy. We love our Catalina Berkshire! Highly Recommend!
