. I got my hot tub during the rain and snow promotion, where I'd get a full refund if it snowed or rained an inch or more. Well, it happened. The only one in the country to be exaxr. I feel Roger is the reason I even decided to take part and purchase one at all..it was merely a window shop until we walked in and was immediately helped by him. His energy was perfect. I decided to make a purxhase. It was the best decision. I\nThank you for all your support , roger. Five stars.

Bunch of scammers. They sold us a spa with a leak in it (that they apparently knew had a leak in it) and now claim they have no record of us ever even buying it from them. Now we are out $13,000 for a hot tub that lasted less than three years before having to be scrapped. Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere that isn't run by a bunch of thieves like these frauds.

From the first visit we were able to explain what we were seeking and felt the representative, Roger, listened carefully. He explained our options, timeline and cost. We had visited many spa stores… so we knew the difference. We concluded the purchase and have not been disappointed. The delivery and installation was perfect. We’re very happy.

I purchased a hot tub from Roger recently, and the experience was excellent! He answered all my questions, no pressure, and purchased the next weekend. He texted me when my hot tub was going to arrive and arranged delivery date. I was able to wait an extra week before delivery, as I wasn't quite ready for it. Since my purchase, I have gone in or called Roger with additional questions regarding set up, and he is always willing to help. If I could give 0 stars I would. My purchase of a brand new Catalina Luxury Berkshire model hot tub from Aqua Living in Reno has been nothing but a nightmare from the day I received my tub 4 months ago (October 2022). My brand new tub arrived riddled with issues. The sales rep at Aqua living told me that they had issues with shipping tubs on their side and that mine was in fact shipped on its side.
