We had a great experience with Aqua Living. We went into the showroom and met Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave us the information we needed as we browsed. A couple of weeks later, we came back in to make our purchase. Rob made the experience easy. Travis delivered our hot tub yesterday. He was extremely friendly and went over all of the information with me. The delivery guys were quick with setup. I would absolutely recommend Aqua Living!
Bought a “Tuff Spa” Hot Tub here and the salesman Rob was great! No pressure just asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and explained the product line very clearly. First spa ever purchased & it was a smooth transaction. Rob the salesman, does not try & pressure you into a purchase & it was much appreciated. Travis the delivery guy , was also a pleasure to work with & made effort to see that I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend both these guys.
We'd give it 6 stars if we could. Rob was a great salesman. No pressure and very informative. Travis preformed a smooth and flawless delivery. Answered all of our questions and cleaned up everything. Rob and Travis were a great team providing a great service start to finish.
Great experience from purchasing to set up! Rob, our salesman was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Delivery and set up were fantastic! Our delivery person, Travis, did a great job getting the new hot tub set and went above and beyond to answer questions after delivery regarding setup.
