Rob was a great salesman Explained every detail to me on my visit to the store. Great sense of humor, felt like an old friend. Without much thought he sold me a tub in about half an hour. I will send him more business as soon as I can Travis delivered our tub. He was very careful of our property and explained every nut and bolt Very satisfied with my experience.
We had a great experience with Aqua Living. We went into the showroom and met Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave us the information we needed as we browsed. A couple of weeks later, we came back in to make our purchase. Rob made the experience easy. Travis delivered our hot tub yesterday. He was extremely friendly and went over all of the information with me. The delivery guys were quick with setup. I would absolutely recommend Aqua Living!
Rob was one of the nicest sales people we have ever met and helped us pick the perfect hot tub with our budget. Any time we have had a question both Rob and his service tech Travis have been quick to help us and go beyond to settle our needs. Overall I would strongly recommend.
First spa ever purchased & it was a smooth transaction. Rob the salesman, does not try & pressure you into a purchase & it was much appreciated. Travis the delivery guy , was also a pleasure to work with & made effort to see that I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend both these guys.
Went in looking for Rob and the idiot had no idea who he was. Rob sold my family and friends numerous tuff spas and many golf carts. Wanted to order a new Halo and I was shocked at how little this goofy guy knew about the product. I asked if he could call someone to get more info and he said he had no idea who to call and said he was new and no one trained him. Absolutely ridiculous.
