Awesome experience with swim spa shopping. Jason wasn’t pushy, very knowledgeable, and share some great options on how get prep work done to prepare and get ready to take delivery. Great place to save 30-40% dealer markup and had some in stock ready to ship from TN! Highly recommend store and brand - Catalina has all the features: fountains, lighted jets, UV, tile accents, waterfalls, great warranty and big pumps! Cant wait to fill and enjoy!
Super experience so far with Jason. We almost gave up shopping for a new jacuzzi. Other stores are very overpriced with poor financing options. Jason was welcoming without being pushy. He is knowledgeable and answered all our questions and didn't need to try and upsell us on anything. These tubs come with all the bells and whistles. We also love that they are made in USA! Bought my spa from Jason about 5 years ago and the guys delivered it and helped to set it up and Vail Colorado was a tough install. Everything's been working fine on it had a little problem with it heater and the guy sent out a replacement under warranty so that was great. Looking to do a larger one maybe within a year. But highly recommend.
Jason and Dayla provided a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and showed us many options. We purchased a jacuzzi and we were able to pick out the colors we wanted inside & out, and the accessories. Everyone was very informative from start to delivery. We would highly recommend them.

The factory kept us informed of the progress & shipping. The delivery went smoothly & we couldn’t be happier- I would highly recommend them.
