They are still helping me every day even weeks after the sale and are on top of everything, hemming me learn how to enjoy all the spas features . Buyer Beware ! I recently purchased a cold plunge (spa) from Alanna, AqaLiving and have encountered significant difficulties with setup and operation. Despite numerous attempts to utilize their provided instructions, videos, and phone support, I have been unable to successfully use the spa. Vinnie and Allana far is exceeded my expectations! They sold me the perfect tub at a reasonable price and the after care was exceptional. We had a deadline for the tubs arrival and they met that as well ! I would definitely do business with them again
