Came into cart nation today looking for a golf cart. Worked with Sales rep Casey. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable on the product. Walked me through every detail on the Mac daddy pro. Very happy with the service and the product. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
I ordered a Catalina luxury spa. The product is wonderful and everything I anticipated. However, their weak point is customer service. The production and delivery time ended up twice as long as originally promised. They tell you 2 weeks production and 2 weeks delivery, but ours took almost 8 weeks. Once I connected to a manager at their manufacturing plant, I was able to get things moving and they did make it up to me with an upgrade. delivery and set up was smooth with no issues. Company has stood by the Warranty and done everything to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Great hot tub! A new hot tub cover was sent from the warranty company and Rich M. Delivered it himself. We have also had Lance deliver our hot tub, very knowledgeable and always willing to assist with any problems that may arise. Highly recommend!
This is the best customer service I have ever received in recent times. If I could, I would give 10 stars but I think 5 stars will be enough. Rich helped me to get the information and confidence I needed to start enjoying a hot tub, not getting frustrated with it! When I found out that I really needed a product that I didn’t have, I was happy to buy it at this store rather than online. Star customer service - highly recommended.
