My husband and I bought our first hot tub this summer from Aqua Living. Amazing enough, this was the first stop we made to look at hot tubs and found no reason to look any further. John, our sales rep, was very informative without any pressure to purchase. The process went smooth from beginning to end. It took about 6 weeks for delivery, which was within the 6-8 week time frame delivery that John had told us. The spa came in Thursday, my electric people said that the spa has a problem, but no one will help. I have contacted a lawyer. Well one week later still not running, but under warranty for one year, and they want my card to cover parts that they might be need is what I was told , very poor service also I don't think I am the only one call there service line and wait for ever or ask for a call back that never comes .I am going to pay for a real service to come fix it
Great experience with this company. Honest, no sales gimmicks. We love our hot tub!
***4/9/25 UPDATE: After many phone calls, emails and getting WFMY’s Kevin Kennedy involved, on 3/27/25, LPI sent a technician out from TN. He was here for a couple hours and repaired the pipe that was cut sometime during the manufacturing process. We have been able to use the hot tub for two weeks now and hope that we have finally solved the problem that was making our purchase so difficult!
