My husband and I bought our first hot tub this summer from Aqua Living. Amazing enough, this was the first stop we made to look at hot tubs and found no reason to look any further. John, our sales rep, was very informative without any pressure to purchase. The process went smooth from beginning to end. It took about 6 weeks for delivery, which was within the 6-8 week time frame delivery that John had told us. We purchased our PP31 over 2 years ago from John at the Aqua Living Outlet in South Charlotte. He was a pleasure to deal with and the curbside delivery we chose was flawless. We have used this spa multiple times a week for over 2 years and LOVE it! It has been such a nice investment in our physical and mental health. We keep up with the water chemistry regularly, as it really isn't as tough a task as some make it out to be. CONTINUE TO BEWARE!! ***2nd UPDATE:12/19/24: NO WATER IN THE HOT TUB DUE TO A LEAK!! Customer service can send a dye kit out…and I pay for it; HOWEVER, I will NOT PAY FOR THIS KIT. I am BEYOND frustrated with the fact that we have made such a large purchase, and for close to 7 months of the 18 months we have had the hot tub, we have been unable to use it.
