My husband and I bought our first hot tub this summer from Aqua Living. Amazing enough, this was the first stop we made to look at hot tubs and found no reason to look any further. John, our sales rep, was very informative without any pressure to purchase. The process went smooth from beginning to end. It took about 6 weeks for delivery, which was within the 6-8 week time frame delivery that John had told us. The spa came in Thursday, my electric people said that the spa has a problem, but no one will help. I have contacted a lawyer. Well one week later still not running, but under warranty for one year, and they want my card to cover parts that they might be need is what I was told , very poor service also I don't think I am the only one call there service line and wait for ever or ask for a call back that never comes .I am going to pay for a real service to come fix it
They delivered a hot tub to my parents that doesn’t work. They are forcing my dad to pay without them looking at the unit to discover what’s wrong. Dad has 12k tied up into this and their customer service is horrible!
We purchased our PP31 over 2 years ago from John at the Aqua Living Outlet in South Charlotte. He was a pleasure to deal with and the curbside delivery we chose was flawless. We have used this spa multiple times a week for over 2 years and LOVE it! It has been such a nice investment in our physical and mental health. We keep up with the water chemistry regularly, as it really isn't as tough a task as some make it out to be. John, sales representative, was excellent. I came in to talk to someone about the hot tub I just received. He answered all my questions, directed me to websites, and great advice. If I need another hot tub or have any questions I will definitely contact John!!!!! Awesome customer service
