DO NOT BUY from this company! Awful product and poor customer service. The $10,000 tub looks great, but in 2-years I’ve had 18 jet cover and assemblies break and a diverter break twice. They would not cover a service visit to fix the diverter that failed in the first year, but they finally agreed to pay for half of the visit. They have sent me replacement jet assemblies for me to fix on my own. The customer service was outstanding. The gentleman's name that worked with me is Michael. Tall guy. He was patient and made me feel comfortable not pressured. I definitely recommend them. Enjoy!

I purchased a Dr. Wellness G6 and couldn’t be happier with the tub. The quality is excellent and the service from Aqua Living Royal Oak was great. Delivery was about a week later than expected, but it was during the holidays and completely understandable. Thanks for all the help — I really appreciated it!
