Gary was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand the process in what to look for in a hot tub. He was very patient kind and understands how to cater to individuals who are looking for a new hot tub experience. Great experience! It started w Gary. He was super knowledgable and helped us figure out what kind of tub we were looking for. When it came to delivery day, things went just as well. Joel delivered our hot tub along w chemicals, and steps. He helped us configure our power situation and answered any and all questions we had with the promise to help in the future including maintenance and moving it. We decided to upgrad our hot tub. So I went online to check out hot tubs and came across Aqualivings web page. The first page offered additional savings to the sale they were having.It asked to fill out my phone number, name and email and id receive a three hundred dollar discount if I purchased a hot tub. Within a few minutes of filling out the form I received a call from Gary. He kept insisting I was approved for financing. We bought our tub about a 6 weeks ago from Aqua Living. Gary was great! No pressure at all to buy a tub, helped us pick out one that would cater to our needs and through in some freebies for us as well. Joel did our delivery and the process was seamless. We had to go through our neighbors yard and Joel was very careful and cautious not to disturb any of the plants or garden in either yard. Tub has been up and running for about a month now and we love it. Thank you!
