DO NOT BUY from this company! Awful product and poor customer service. The $10,000 tub looks great, but in 2-years I’ve had 18 jet cover and assemblies break and a diverter break twice. They would not cover a service visit to fix the diverter that failed in the first year, but they finally agreed to pay for half of the visit. They have sent me replacement jet assemblies for me to fix on my own. Great experience! It started w Gary. He was super knowledgable and helped us figure out what kind of tub we were looking for. When it came to delivery day, things went just as well. Joel delivered our hot tub along w chemicals, and steps. He helped us configure our power situation and answered any and all questions we had with the promise to help in the future including maintenance and moving it. Gary was a huge help. I was able to come in and see the model I wanted. We discussed options and I bought. There was no pressure to buy or upsell. Purchase was very easy. Gary was up front about everything so I had no questions. Great prices and awesome sales. I am excited to finally get my hot tub!
We decided to upgrad our hot tub. So I went online to check out hot tubs and came across Aqualivings web page. The first page offered additional savings to the sale they were having.It asked to fill out my phone number, name and email and id receive a three hundred dollar discount if I purchased a hot tub. Within a few minutes of filling out the form I received a call from Gary. He kept insisting I was approved for financing.
