***new review **. I was told if I wrote a good review I would get a cover holder which I never got that was almost 8 months ago. Also I never received all the parts for my hot tub. Please don’t buy a hot tub from this place. You will be highly disappointed I always got excuses. After months of searching, we purchased the Catalina Berkshire spa. We absolutely love it! The price was affordable and it has all the features we wanted. Delivery was smooth and easy along with the placement. Joe at AquaLiving in Schaumburg is the man! He answered every question we had and was very knowledgeable about the spa. Amazing experience! Joe helped us find the right tub as first time owners we did not know what to look for. He gave us several options ranging from lowest to more luxurious tubs. He was very patient as we had to wait a month to buy, once we were ready everything ran super smooth. Our tub was delivered a week and a half after we ordered it and the team that delivered it was amazing as well. We were beyond happy to go with the Hampton spa! Cannot recommend enough to buy here!
