***new review **. I was told if I wrote a good review I would get a cover holder which I never got that was almost 8 months ago. Also I never received all the parts for my hot tub. Please don’t buy a hot tub from this place. You will be highly disappointed I always got excuses. I tried to deny delivery, but the guy couldn’t get it back on the truck the Guy in the truck that came to deliver is just embarrassing. It came off the truck broken. I didn’t want it. Amazing experience! Joe helped us find the right tub as first time owners we did not know what to look for. He gave us several options ranging from lowest to more luxurious tubs. He was very patient as we had to wait a month to buy, once we were ready everything ran super smooth. Our tub was delivered a week and a half after we ordered it and the team that delivered it was amazing as well. We were beyond happy to go with the Hampton spa! Cannot recommend enough to buy here!
