Al was great to work with! He invited us to the show room, walked all the tubs with us explaining differences and benefits. He organized a smooth delivery and got us through the purchase process without any hiccups! Would refer him to anyone interested in your product.
Alan was great. Very helpful and knowledgable. Stayed on top of the ordering process. He is always available for questions and answers, even months after the install. The hot tub is beautiful. We are getting many hours of relaxation.
