I am a new Aqua Living Spa ower. I live in Baltimore Maryland. My experience was Top Notch. I sales representative Al from the Baltimore location was excellent from start to finish. I have used my 6 seater spa alone and with friends. I have a Plug and Play and the power has been lovely and have not had a drastic increase with my utility bill. If you are considering getting one and if it's in your budget I say Just Do It. You will love it.
The salesman Al was our first point of contact, and provided a pleasant experience. The hot tub is my husband's dream come true. He's always wanted one. It's a nice experience with lights, music through Bluetooth, and massaging jets galore.
I purchased a hot tub hb15 from aqua living in May. I received it in July and had it hooked up. This was the best personal investment I have made in a while. It takes almost daily maintenance, but it's worth it! The salesman, Al answered all of my questions and I felt really comfortable after receiving it.
Al McCaffrey was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with my purchase of Hot Tub. He has also followed up to make certain I was happy with all services . He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.
I had a wonderful experience and got exactly what I wanted out of a hot tub. From purchase to delivery the process was smooth and I was kept well informed.
