I am extremely happy with my new hot tub and the manufacturer. I placed my order shortly before Christmas, not expecting to receive the tub before Christmas. They kept me posted during the entire fabrication phase and it was shipped in early January, sooner than I expected. I installed the tub shortly after it was delivered and have been using it since. I am very satisfied with the manufacturer and the hot tub and I would definitely recommend them.
Al McCaffrey was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with my purchase of Hot Tub. He has also followed up to make certain I was happy with all services . He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.
Purchasing a hottub is a very expensive and stressful experience. Al not only was extremely knowledable but also helped to keep the process simple and calm every step of the way. He always answers the phone or calls us back right away. He knows the answer to all our questions and is very patient with us. This was such a fantastic experience working with Al.
