Had an issue with the touch screen on my new hot tub which I purchased here, to make it worse we are an hour and a half from Missoula. Dave had us fixed up in no time. Much appreciated Dave. You made it happen.
I purchased an electric work cart (Beast) from this new showroom. I was familiar with this product; they are widespread in the southeast so I knew it would be a good product. I've only had the cart for a day so I'm still doing the "shakedown" driving around but I want to praise the preparation and delivery of the cart. The delivery driver, Richie, made time on a Sunday to make the delivery. Dave was over the top in Missoula. He helped us order the perfect hot tub for us. What impressed me the most was his updates on the order status and shipping details along the way. Very happy with our experience and we love the new hot tub
I highly recommend Aqua Living. Dave was great to work with. He made sure we got what we wanted and had great follow-up after the sale to make sure everything was going well.
