Justin was very attentive and truly listened to what I was after and found me the perfect tub for my needs. The spa is awesome. The jets on my Catilina Carlton are perfect for my back and legs. Top tier all around
I purchased an electric work cart (Beast) from this new showroom. I was familiar with this product; they are widespread in the southeast so I knew it would be a good product. I've only had the cart for a day so I'm still doing the "shakedown" driving around but I want to praise the preparation and delivery of the cart. The delivery driver, Richie, made time on a Sunday to make the delivery. Justin had gave the best customer service i have seen in a long time, I had gone in with a few questions not too sure about what I wanted and he answered every question and even recommend a few extra ideas about my outdoor spa.
Dave was over the top in Missoula. He helped us order the perfect hot tub for us. What impressed me the most was his updates on the order status and shipping details along the way. Very happy with our experience and we love the new hot tub
I highly recommend Aqua Living. Dave was great to work with. He made sure we got what we wanted and had great follow-up after the sale to make sure everything was going well. We loved the 3 person hot tub. The price was great when compared to other brands and the tub had twice as many jets as the other brands did. Thanks Dave
