Justin was very attentive and truly listened to what I was after and found me the perfect tub for my needs. The spa is awesome. The jets on my Catilina Carlton are perfect for my back and legs. Top tier all around
Justin had gave the best customer service i have seen in a long time, I had gone in with a few questions not too sure about what I wanted and he answered every question and even recommend a few extra ideas about my outdoor spa.
I purchased an electric work cart (Beast) from this new showroom. I was familiar with this product; they are widespread in the southeast so I knew it would be a good product. I've only had the cart for a day so I'm still doing the "shakedown" driving around but I want to praise the preparation and delivery of the cart. The delivery driver, Richie, made time on a Sunday to make the delivery. Great service! Staff is knowledgeable about hot tubs and golf carts! You get amazing quality at really good prices!
I highly recommend Aqua Living. Dave was great to work with. He made sure we got what we wanted and had great follow-up after the sale to make sure everything was going well. We loved the 3 person hot tub. The price was great when compared to other brands and the tub had twice as many jets as the other brands did. Thanks Dave
