Joshua has been great to work with in making a decision to buy a hot tub. He has been responsive each time we have reached out to him. He even came to our house to install a railing with our hot tub already full of water. The hot tub itself is beautiful, robocast so no wood to rot, and I love the engineering. Changing the filter is very simple. The only negative is having to wait 8 weeks for the hot tub to be built. However, ours arrived just in time for cold weather.
