Joshua has been great to work with in making a decision to buy a hot tub. He has been responsive each time we have reached out to him. He even came to our house to install a railing with our hot tub already full of water. The hot tub itself is beautiful, robocast so no wood to rot, and I love the engineering. Changing the filter is very simple. The only negative is having to wait 8 weeks for the hot tub to be built. However, ours arrived just in time for cold weather.
Me and the little lady came in bout two months back. Me and the wife used to have the most luxurious hot tub you ever seen, til some lil furry trash can predator critter got in all round the cords n such. I told my wife, geraldine, go get my shotgun, I'm bout to blast this dumpster divin' dip, where he cant see the sunshine from a submarine sandwich.
