This was my first tub. Ron with Aqua Living did a great job with assisting on getting the tub that would work for my needs. Fen was very professional in the delivery, electrical, fill, start up chems and getting my tub in use ASAP. Im very happy with my experience from start to finish.
Ron was great to work with. No pressure, helpful, straight forward and on top of things. Great communication from the time of order placement and delivery was ahead of schedule. Followed up 6 months after purchase to check on things and make sure we're still happy with our spa. Highly recommend Tuff Spas for the country or those with little wind break, zero issues to date with protection on this year's storms in SE KS, cover is good sealing and easy to work with for anyone.

We had looked at several hot tubs in various stores and heard the usual hype and sales pitch; then saw a TV ad for Aqua Living Outlet in Wichita. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of it, but we’re sure glad we stopped in! The entire process was incredible. Ron explained everything in detail and made it a no brainer to purchase our hot tub from his store. Even after the purchase Ron kept in contact with us to make sure everything was as we expected. Very pleased with our hot tub and have used just about every day since it arrived.
