Ron was great to work with. No pressure, helpful, straight forward and on top of things. Great communication from the time of order placement and delivery was ahead of schedule. Followed up 6 months after purchase to check on things and make sure we're still happy with our spa. Highly recommend Tuff Spas for the country or those with little wind break, zero issues to date with protection on this year's storms in SE KS, cover is good sealing and easy to work with for anyone.
The entire process was incredible. Ron explained everything in detail and made it a no brainer to purchase our hot tub from his store. Even after the purchase Ron kept in contact with us to make sure everything was as we expected. Very pleased with our hot tub and have used just about every day since it arrived.
