This was my first tub. Ron with Aqua Living did a great job with assisting on getting the tub that would work for my needs. Fen was very professional in the delivery, electrical, fill, start up chems and getting my tub in use ASAP. Im very happy with my experience from start to finish.
Ron was great to work with. No pressure, helpful, straight forward and on top of things. Great communication from the time of order placement and delivery was ahead of schedule. Followed up 6 months after purchase to check on things and make sure we're still happy with our spa. Highly recommend Tuff Spas for the country or those with little wind break, zero issues to date with protection on this year's storms in SE KS, cover is good sealing and easy to work with for anyone.

Great company. Hot tub is hot, drinks are cold. Enjoyed working with them, Hot tub came in two weeks early. Installation was easy and up and running in no time. Best Hot tub on the market for the price I say.

I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of it, but we’re sure glad we stopped in!
