Great Product and excellent service. Amanda was great to work with in the purchase of our new spa. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with follow calls I made to her with questions about the operation of the spa. Delivered and in place on time as promised. The experience purchasing a hot tub from Aqua Living Spas was wonderful on all three occasions with Amanda, Andrea, and Luke were all great, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. So happy with my Aqua Living hot tub. The service is excellent. I had a question about my hot tub and next day two emails and a voicemail giving me the info I needed. I also called about the chemicals I needed and they were very helpful. Didn’t think that kind of service existed anymore but it sure does with Aqua Living. And I just love my hot tub! Goodbye stress !!
From learning about each unit to what we needed and then giving us the best product for our investment, Amanda at Aqua living did a wonderful job. Installation went well and when I had questions she provided answers. The manufacturer kept me updated on the progress of it, producing the unit all the way to the day of picking up the unit for delivery can’t ask for better company to work with!
We are absolutely pleased with aqua living and their willingness to help us get the perfect Hot Tub that will fit our needs, Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable and has stayed in touch with us to make sure all is going well. The delivery process went very well and the gentlemen were very good at placing it where we wanted and educated us on how to use and treat it! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a Hot Tub!
