We are absolutely pleased with aqua living and their willingness to help us get the perfect Hot Tub that will fit our needs, Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable and has stayed in touch with us to make sure all is going well. The delivery process went very well and the gentlemen were very good at placing it where we wanted and educated us on how to use and treat it! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a Hot Tub!
My husband and I went in looking for a 5 person hot tub and realized that there were so many choices! Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable. From different chemicals to how many jets, she knew about it all. It was an easy choice with no pressure on the sale and a good price! Being a local company helped with a quick delivery. We love our new hot tub and recommend Aqua Living to anyone looking.
From the beginning Amanda was great, she was knowledgeable and very helpful. With the financing process, delivery and getting us connected with Jay for installation. We were able to get it done very fast and I was able to enjoy it for my birthday. There are so many wonderful things I can say about the company, Amanda and everyone who helped us from the start! It has been a pleasure working with Amanda and Jay from Aqua Living. They have been so helpful since day 1. They have checked in with us at every step and made sure everything was going smoothly from delivery to install to set up. Amanda and Jay even called us a few days after everything was set up to check in with us and to see if things were going smoothly and if there was anything else that they could help us with. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and the service this team has provided. Highly recommended!
This company is awesome 😎!! Delivers as promised. Office manager Amanda is very professional and knowledgeable of this field of jacuzzi’s and hot tubs. She’s very patient and we didn’t feel any pressure at all dealing with her. Great lady!! Her delivery staff composed of Jay Russell and Chris went above and beyond on the delivery of our jacuzzi.
