We are absolutely pleased with aqua living and their willingness to help us get the perfect Hot Tub that will fit our needs, Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable and has stayed in touch with us to make sure all is going well. The delivery process went very well and the gentlemen were very good at placing it where we wanted and educated us on how to use and treat it! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a Hot Tub!
From learning about each unit to what we needed and then giving us the best product for our investment, Amanda at Aqua living did a wonderful job. Installation went well and when I had questions she provided answers. The manufacturer kept me updated on the progress of it, producing the unit all the way to the day of picking up the unit for delivery can’t ask for better company to work with!
My husband and I went in looking for a 5 person hot tub and realized that there were so many choices! Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable. From different chemicals to how many jets, she knew about it all. It was an easy choice with no pressure on the sale and a good price! Being a local company helped with a quick delivery. They have checked in with us at every step and made sure everything was going smoothly from delivery to install to set up. From the beginning Amanda was great, she was knowledgeable and very helpful. With the financing process, delivery and getting us connected with Jay for installation. We were able to get it done very fast and I was able to enjoy it for my birthday. There are so many wonderful things I can say about the company, Amanda and everyone who helped us from the start!
