Amanda was wonderful!!!! Not pushy at all, let us mull over the options and hash out a decision, and she was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery team was also fantastic. We made our purchase and were able to use the hot tub with the kiddos for the first time last night! It's everything we hoped it would be. Highly recommend this company and their product line.
Amanda and staff was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. When we purchased the hotbtub we were told it would take 4 to 6 weeks and that we'd be getting emails throughout the mfg That's exactly what happened . Everything right on schedule and the delivery and setup went just as well. Very happy with our purchase and the entire experience
Absolutely LOVE my new hot tub for my new Chalet in Gatlinburg. There is nothing like sitting in an AMAZING hot tub with a view. We purchased one of the best...it has a flat screen panel, Bluetooth speakers, lights, water features the whole package!!! Give Amanda a call... she is the BEST!!!
Great Product and excellent service. Amanda was great to work with in the purchase of our new spa. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with follow calls I made to her with questions about the operation of the spa. Delivered and in place on time as promised. I would highly recommend Aqua Living Spas to anyone looking for a new spa at a great price.
I can't say enough about the amazing buying experience we had with this company. Amanda and Andrea were extremely helpful every step of the way without being pushy or trying to pressure us into anything. We visited all the spa stores in Knoxville, and this place couldn't be beat for the price, warranty, quality, and customer support. No surprises and everything was clear from purchase to delivery.
