Great Product and excellent service. Amanda was great to work with in the purchase of our new spa. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with follow calls I made to her with questions about the operation of the spa. Delivered and in place on time as promised. I would highly recommend Aqua Living Spas to anyone looking for a new spa at a great price.
Absolutely LOVE my new hot tub for my new Chalet in Gatlinburg. There is nothing like sitting in an AMAZING hot tub with a view. We purchased one of the best...it has a flat screen panel, Bluetooth speakers, lights, water features the whole package!!! Give Amanda a call... she is the BEST!!!
Amanda and staff was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. When we purchased the hotbtub we were told it would take 4 to 6 weeks and that we'd be getting emails throughout the mfg That's exactly what happened . Everything right on schedule and the delivery and setup went just as well. Very happy with our purchase and the entire experience
This company is very frustrating to work with. Billy Luttrell from corporate was super nice and helping me with my order, promised me a certain delivery date. I was very clear upfront of my delivery needing a crane and fence removed and every logistic to get the hot tub on the roof. "No problem, no problem, our delivery team does this all the time." I had the best experience buying my hot tub from Amanda. There was no pressure at all. She showed me all my options and gave me all the time I needed to decide. Before I decided to buy I went to 3 other hot tub stores. Let me save you the time and say don't even bother. They were way more expensive with way less options. You will not regret buying from this company
