Great Product and excellent service. Amanda was great to work with in the purchase of our new spa. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with follow calls I made to her with questions about the operation of the spa. Delivered and in place on time as promised. I would highly recommend Aqua Living Spas to anyone looking for a new spa at a great price.
Absolutely LOVE my new hot tub for my new Chalet in Gatlinburg. There is nothing like sitting in an AMAZING hot tub with a view. We purchased one of the best...it has a flat screen panel, Bluetooth speakers, lights, water features the whole package!!! Give Amanda a call... she is the BEST!!!
Amanda and staff was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. When we purchased the hotbtub we were told it would take 4 to 6 weeks and that we'd be getting emails throughout the mfg That's exactly what happened . Everything right on schedule and the delivery and setup went just as well. Very happy with our purchase and the entire experience
All I can say is what a great experience purchasing our 21’ SwimSpa from Amanda in Knoxville. She was very attentive and quickly replied to our numerous questions. We settled on the largest SwimSpa which was a very smart move. I’m 6’1 so the longer pool is better for me when I swim, and having the larger spa side makes it more comfortable for more than a couple of people. The experience purchasing a hot tub from Aqua Living Spas was wonderful on all three occasions with Amanda, Andrea, and Luke were all great, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did not rush and took the time to ensure complete satisfaction with the decision. Any time a question was asked, they were quick to respond and always helpful.
