Never experienced such a devoted sales person. Austin was incredible. Insurance company was being difficult, so Austin took the responsibility to come to my house diagnose the problem. One of the spa panels was broken when they brought it in. LPI was complicating the issue, asking photos over and over, Austin went to his warehouse and brought a new corner panel and replaced my broken one. Be aware Worst Company and customer service Ever: - There's a ONE SOLO MAN running the store, picking up the phone, attending customer, everything - Tooooo MANY HIDDING FEES. What you see in the website it's like de 60% of the TOTAL COST! We went to the store for a $3,600 Jacuzzi and their final price came above $5,000 - Weird dude ask you for bills of the house they will deliver - The promissed a delivery in 2 weeks and 1month later they haven't even produce it in the factory and keeping posposing the date - Ask for a refun... read more
