Great location with the best inventory. Austin was incredible with his patience and professionalism while I asked him a million questions. He helped me understand the different products and really listened to what I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. Hands down Austin is the only person I want to work with.
The other reviews are 100% correct — this place operates like shady used car salesmen. After paying and waiting over three months for my hot tub, they flat-out refused to give me a refund. I went back four different times, and every time Scott had another excuse why they couldn’t process the refund. This is by far the worst place to do business with. Aqua Living, and the customer service of Austin, was exceptional. I am incredibly pleased with the sales service and product. Purchasing a hot tub is an important decision and I made the right decision with Aqua Living!
Austin was very helpful in making the process of finding and buying out hot tub painless. He was kind and listened to what we were looking for instead of pushing us to buy something more expensive. 10/5 stars!
Be wary of the Tuff Spas and the poor customer service. I have a Tuff Spa 1. It is four years old 2. The warranty is three years 3. The loan is five years 4. The cover has a lifetime warranty The thing just stopped working. No lights, no pump, no heat. It's like electricity hasn't been invented.
