Save yourself the absolute nightmare and go with a BullFrog or practically any other hot tub that’s not built by Aqua Living. The hot tub jets rust, the panels fall off and/or warp, the cover keeps falling apart… and the company won’t repair it even with an extended warranty. If I can save one buyer from experiencing this horrible company and product, I will have made a difference. I will be selling mine ASAP and replacing with a BullFrog. Austin was great to work with and even came back early from his vacation to meet with us. He was very knowledgeable about the product and what discounts were available to us so we could stay on budget. We have had many hot tubs in the past and this one is the best we have owned. Highly recommend!
I have nothing but great things to say about the experience of owning my 1st spa. I purchased the big dog 21 ft Marathon. I’m in it twice a day!! The jets are powerful. Austin and the headquarters in TN worked very hard in insuring that my lights were fixed with a sense of ownership and professionalism you don’t see often. They fight for the customer. Great job team. I would recommend this product and Company to my family and friends.

He made it so easy & I was really impressed with how much integrity he & the company have…it showed & made me feel confident I was getting the best deal.
