Auston, was by far the most patient and knowledgeable person in his profession. I was very pleased that he explained and answered all my questions throughly. Auston reassured me of all my concerns, I was able to move forward with my first swim spa purchase with confidence. I am so amazed how successful and smoothly my experience was from beginning to end. You ROCK, Auston!! A very satisfied customer 🙏
Austin was outstanding to work with! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different options, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. His customer service was top-notch, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. If you’re shopping for a hot tub, I highly recommend asking for Austin you’ll be in great hands!
Today Hubby and I went to the store to shop around a swim spa and end up purchasing one with Austin help he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. If anyone looking to shop for a swim spa or hot tub go ask Austin for help he will listen and answer any of your questions. Thanks Austin for your help today and we are excited for our dual Catalina swim Spa .
I am so happy with Austin ! He treated us so nice and gave us all of the information that we needed to pick the swim spa that met our needs . He was patient , kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!! Thanks Austin ! 🤗
I have nothing but great things to say about the experience of owning my 1st spa. I purchased the big dog 21 ft Marathon. I’m in it twice a day!! The jets are powerful. Austin and the headquarters in TN worked very hard in insuring that my lights were fixed with a sense of ownership and professionalism you don’t see often. They fight for the customer. Great job team. I would recommend this product and Company to my family and friends.
