RUN from this company and save yourself a world of problems! Their hot tubs are trash! The jets rust with perfect chemicals, the metal lanterns are all rusted too, the panels around them are all warping, stripped screws, short electrical cords, and their warranty department comes up with every excuse not to help. I wish I was given the advice to NOT buy their hot tub and cold plunge because they’re garbage and I’m so disgusted that I lost so much money on these awful tubs. Our sales person was Austin and he preformed a fantastic job and answering all of our questions. He explained the process in detail. Even though the first spa was damaged, he was able to get us through the process of ordering a replacement.
