We were looking at many hot tub/spa stores here in Las Vegas. Very depressing search. It seems that the people managing the stores did not have much knowledge about their products and did not try to sell us on any of their spas. We finally ended up at Aqua Living and met with Austin Hunt at their store. Austin was a breath of fresh air! I was attended by Austin an excellent service super attentive and friendly my wife and I qualified quickly and he helped us find the jacuzzi he wanted. This young man also sends messages in SPANISH. He uses the translator to be able to better help the Client who can SPEAK SPANISH and can understand the contract well. I have nothing but great things to say about the experience of owning my 1st spa. I purchased the big dog 21 ft Marathon. I’m in it twice a day!! The jets are powerful. Austin and the headquarters in TN worked very hard in insuring that my lights were fixed with a sense of ownership and professionalism you don’t see often. They fight for the customer. Great job team. I would recommend this product and Company to my family and friends.

He made it so easy & I was really impressed with how much integrity he & the company have…it showed & made me feel confident I was getting the best deal. Austin was great to work with and even came back early from his vacation to meet with us. He was very knowledgeable about the product and what discounts were available to us so we could stay on budget. We have had many hot tubs in the past and this one is the best we have owned. Highly recommend!
