Save yourself the absolute nightmare and go with a BullFrog or practically any other hot tub that’s not built by Aqua Living. The hot tub jets rust, the panels fall off and/or warp, the cover keeps falling apart… and the company won’t repair it even with an extended warranty. If I can save one buyer from experiencing this horrible company and product, I will have made a difference. I will be selling mine ASAP and replacing with a BullFrog. Great location with the best inventory. Austin was incredible with his patience and professionalism while I asked him a million questions. He helped me understand the different products and really listened to what I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. Hands down Austin is the only person I want to work with.
The other reviews are 100% correct — this place operates like shady used car salesmen. After paying and waiting over three months for my hot tub, they flat-out refused to give me a refund. I went back four different times, and every time Scott had another excuse why they couldn’t process the refund. This is by far the worst place to do business with.
