Horrible two experiences. Tried buying a hot tub from manager while I was there. He lost two customers because of a bad attitude and dishonesty, raise the price on me $1,000. Then called it a sale because I had old quote he could not lie to me
Our sales person was Austin and he preformed a fantastic job and answering all of our questions. He explained the process in detail. Even though the first spa was damaged, he was able to get us through the process of ordering a replacement. It could have been very stressful but he made the pathway painless and turned it around to a positive experience. Thank you Austin !!!!!!
