My husband and I recently purchased our first hot tub with sales associate Cary and we couldn’t be happier! He was very knowledgeable patient and kind. He gave us several options and was very personable in figuring out what was a great fit for us. Once we decided what we were going with the process was very quick and easy. Cary is incredibly responsive and loves to help people. I bought a Tuff Spas TT-250 and it arrived earlier than scheduled. Cary answered every call and email I sent, and that’s what I look for when making a big purchase like this. Responsiveness.

Absolutely great Hot Tub buying experience. from Carey in sales. I received everything he told me I would and as described. Very knowledgeable. The Delivery team was exceptional, It was not a easy Delivery but Nelson made it happen. Great experience!
