My husband and I recently purchased our first hot tub with sales associate Cary and we couldn’t be happier! He was very knowledgeable patient and kind. He gave us several options and was very personable in figuring out what was a great fit for us. Once we decided what we were going with the process was very quick and easy. I would definitely make future purchases with aqua living down the line !

02/01/25: I was sent a spray foam insulation kit to deal with insulating my hot tub on my own. This is messy, requires purchasing safety gear and not enjoyable at all. I regret purchasing a hot tub from Aqua Living Factory Outlets in Warwick and absolutely do NOT recommend anyone purchase a hot tub here. While Cary is a nice guy, he is completely powerless to get positive outcomes for customers.
