First off Cary is the star of the company. He is so helpful and knowledgeable and just great. I’ve owned my Catalina for about 1.5 years now and it’s needed service a few times. The warranty service process is horrible and currently I am waiting about 60 days for a service to get it up and running. No one calls to update you, no email updates and they ask to email the CEO for any issues and that’s pretty much useless as well. Purchased a Tuff Tub from Aqua Living. Sales makes everything seem wonderful but then you have a problem and it’s oh we don’t handle that or transfer you around to parts or service and then bounce you back back-and-forth. Finally got a ticket set up asked when a technician would be out because it’s below freezing and the hot tub has no power. The Catalina Armstrong has been incredible for me and my other half! Especially for her the therapeutic jets help the muscles in her back to not be so tight. Love having the ability to play music from the hot tub while we have a light show going! Overall it’s a very relaxing hot tub so happy we went to Aqua Living in Warwick! Cary was very helpful throughout the entire process!
Kerry from the Warwick store has been a tremendous help in getting our spa back to the normal and safe levels of chemicals. We were at toxic levels of chlorine due to the misguidance of a pool company that I won’t mention. Thank you again Kerry!’
My husband and I recently purchased our first hot tub with sales associate Cary and we couldn’t be happier! He was very knowledgeable patient and kind. He gave us several options and was very personable in figuring out what was a great fit for us. Once we decided what we were going with the process was very quick and easy.
