So far I am very impressed with my hot tub! We have had it for just under 5 months and it’s been absolutely incredible! Cary was great to work with and helped me pick out a spa based on my needs. He didn’t try to sell me on their biggest, most expensive hot tub and instead listened to my needs and got me what I think is the perfect spa at a great price! The Catalina Armstrong has been incredible for me and my other half! Especially for her the therapeutic jets help the muscles in her back to not be so tight. Love having the ability to play music from the hot tub while we have a light show going! Overall it’s a very relaxing hot tub so happy we went to Aqua Living in Warwick! Cary was very helpful throughout the entire process!
First off Cary is the star of the company. He is so helpful and knowledgeable and just great. I’ve owned my Catalina for about 1.5 years now and it’s needed service a few times. The warranty service process is horrible and currently I am waiting about 60 days for a service to get it up and running. No one calls to update you, no email updates and they ask to email the CEO for any issues and that’s pretty much useless as well. Purchased a Tuff Tub from Aqua Living. Sales makes everything seem wonderful but then you have a problem and it’s oh we don’t handle that or transfer you around to parts or service and then bounce you back back-and-forth. Finally got a ticket set up asked when a technician would be out because it’s below freezing and the hot tub has no power. Cary is absolutely AMAZING! He is extremely knowledgeable and patient!!!! I must have bothered him with a million questions and he was so kind and answered every single one! We totally recommend going with Cary for any hot tub, swim spa etc. He is a great person!
