**** Buyer beware*** They will try to reply that you weren't ever a customer once you post your experience. Trust me, I wish I wasn't. Shop at dealer with a better reputation. Extremely unhappy with the quality of this product. Our new spa was delivered in January and by mid March had been used six times and Then it started making a very loud humming noise. Mark did a great job answering all my questions. I had an unusual place to place my hot tub so Mark wouldn't take my money until he was sure the tub could be placed where I wanted it. Eric and Ivan did great with the delivery. Mark continues his great service after the sale when I have questions.
Absolutely amazing hot tub (Catalina Model) and no one that I researched comes even close to their prices, and they’re the best quality too! I highly recommend them, they’re in lutz off route 41 at the Good Guys Carts shop. They also make golf carts. Made in The USA in Tennessee. I had a great experience with the sales process and Mark D., was so informative and didn’t pressure us into buying but we did and happy we did.
We purchased this hot tub a little over a year ago during the first year we had two problems. Eventually they came out and fixed it now it leaks and pump two doesn’t work and they’re using stalling tactics to request pictures and videos and information they expect me to take it apart and diagnose myself, which I am not a technician. So now I have a $8000 leaking bucket of water that won’t get hot in my backyard.
