We were looking for a hot tub/spa this week and were very disappointed after visiting several stores. That is until Friday the 13th when we went to Aqua Living Factory Outlet. We recently purchased a spa from Aqua Living and worked directly with Jesse. He provided so much info for us to make the best decision for what we were looking for! He was patient and thorough and although we didn’t buy immediately as we wanted to look around, he was very helpful through our entire process. Jesse was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in helping us find just the right spa. After it was delivered, we discovered that the spa lid was a little too large. We called Jesse to let him know, and he drove the 47 miles to our home to personally deliver the replacement. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
