We had been searching for a new spa when I discovered Aqua Living Spas. How great to have a tub manufactured to order in the USA.We went to the Ontario sales office. There we meet Jesse. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. We looked at many different spas in the showroom. He explained all different features of the spas we were looking at. We recently purchased a spa from Aqua Living and worked directly with Jesse. He provided so much info for us to make the best decision for what we were looking for! He was patient and thorough and although we didn’t buy immediately as we wanted to look around, he was very helpful through our entire process. Once we did purchase from Jesse, he helped via telephone for the initial set up when it arrived and has helped us with the water treatment through the first few weeks until we got comfortable. Jessie was amazing with no pressure sales at Aqua Living!! We did a LOT of shopping and investigating and found the personal 2-3 person hottub of our dreams! The Catalina Kennedy has the strongest and most jets out there, with Bluetooth speakers and lights!

I first want to thank Jesse! He was amazing! I started my search online, and called Aqua Living. i spoke to Jesse who, was walked me through the pages of their website. I liked their prices, but I needed to keep shopping! I must of talked to 8 others, but honestly, Jesse, went beyond of buying, he was teaching me about being a spa owner! he was actually one of the reasons I stopped shopping, he wasn't pushing me, he was preparing me to own a spa! I was impressed with the selection and quality of spas they offer. Been to a couple shops and I have to say this. The sales rep, Jesse, really understands how to explain things well and not pushy. Was very clear on explaining the process and the total costs involved. Refreshing. Highly recommended.
