I was impressed with the selection and quality of spas they offer. Been to a couple shops and I have to say this. The sales rep, Jesse, really understands how to explain things well and not pushy. Was very clear on explaining the process and the total costs involved. Refreshing. Highly recommended.
Jesse helped me a lot when I came by. He was very polite, all smiles, and very happy to answer any questions I had. I'm definitely looking forward to working with him when I come back!!

Definitely love our catalina hot tub. So many creatures. And being military we love that it's made in good ole USA Glad there is a local showroom in Los Angeles area so we can see the quality before buying. Recommend you stop in a check out their tubs. Jay is a great sales rep.
I called and spoke with Jesse about finding replacement cartridges for my spa. Even though I wasnt buying a hot tub from him, he took the time to help me with my problem. A real class act!
