David is the best! His follow thru and reliability is beyond words. From start to finish he is there communicating with you all along the way. The hot tub was received as quoted and is excellent. I recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlets to anyone looking for hot tub and great customer service.

We bet with David at Aqua Living in Myrtle Beach. David was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. We Explained that we would be moving to Richmond, Virginia, and, even though he knew we would not be buying from him, he spent all the time we needed to look at the spas and explain their features to us. Where do I start. We visited several hot tub companies. Our last stop, Aqua Living. We saved the best for last!!! Dave was so patient with us as I need things repeated several times. We got such a great deal, chiller install and lifetime cover! We highly recommend Dave and Aqua Living!!
