Our pool was installed this summer by Lehigh valley aqua pools and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Nick and the team were in constant contact and very easy to work with. The design process was what originally sold us: Very professional, transparent pricing and state of the art programming making it very easy for us to visualize our dream pool. They took time to address all of our concerns and always made sure we understood what was happening. Our pool is stunning and we know we will have man... read more
From our first correspondence to the final details of our project, everything about working with Aqua has exceeded expectations. Nick, Alex, Frank, Zach and the entire crew were knowledgeable, kind and didn't hesitate to answer every single question we had. Our backyard looks better than we imagined and we have, and will continue to recommend Aqua to our neighbors and friends!
From the first initial correspondence with LV Aqua Pools, I knew that we were in good hands! We couldn't even get a local pool contractor to come give us a quote. Nick traveled over an hour to our Home to discuss our options and gather what we were looking for. From the initial design, to the final touches, Nick and his team were a complete pleasure to work with! They answered all of our questions and were completely professional. They truly made our dream pool become reality! Our Family will definitely be able to enjoy... read more
Our experience with Lehigh Valley Aqua Pools could not have been better. Nick, Alex and Frank were excellent to work with every step of the way. They were polite, attentive and professional in every aspect. We interviewed several companies before designing our project and it became immediately clear from the first interaction that Lehigh Valley Aqua Pools was the right team for the job. The design and craftsmanship of our pool and outdoor living space was fantastic. I would not hesitate to collaborate with Lehigh Valley Aqua... read more
The only reason I have been a customer of Aqua Pools it’s because they purchased Advance Pool Service in 2024. I have never been so unhappy with a pool service company since I began using Aqua Pools in May 2024. This company is totally unreliable. They never answer the phone. They do not return phone calls. They say people are coming to do the service and those people never show up. There’s always an excuse. Think twice about using this company to service your pool, open it, close it, or take care of any issues you have wi... read more
