We had checked every hot tub company in the Seattle area. We contacted them first on line then went into the store. We had to wait about 20min but well worth the wait! Our sales guy was Brady Coultas GREAT customer service!!! Very knowledgeable! We have had hot tubs for Over 30 years and he actually educated us! Of course we went with Aqua Quip!
