We had checked every hot tub company in the Seattle area. We contacted them first on line then went into the store. We had to wait about 20min but well worth the wait! Our sales guy was Brady Coultas GREAT customer service!!! Very knowledgeable! We have had hot tubs for Over 30 years and he actually educated us! Of course we went with Aqua Quip! By the time we were done it felt like we had known him for awhile. At the end I told him We felt like family and could he give us a family discount. Lol. Can’t wait to get our new Tub! Thanks Brady! Don’t work too many hours. Lol

We needed a new wood stove, and by luck Aqua Quip was at the end of heating season and before pool season, so had just what we wanted and on sale. Also, because of the timing in late February, the installer was available right away. Very friendly staff. Great experience.

We were very satisfied do to the sales person giving us the complete low down on every part of the Jacuzzi J-345. We asked all kinds of questions too and was very satisfied. We got all the in's & out's as well as a lot of questions we came up with. He, Jeff H. gave us all types of options and colors for the Jacuzzi and showed the new things that the Jacuzzi has now like the Clear-Ray natural Sanitizing system. They have lots of options to choose from, we chose the Jacuzzi J-345. Their delivery people were also very good with taking care of the yard by laying plywood to avoid messing up the yard. They were very courteous and worked hard removing one hot tub and bringing in a Jacuzzi. Satisfied Customer tm.

Staff in the store was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The installer was pretty quick. But both me and my husband asked him the same question when the other wasn't around and he gave us two different answers. Makes me a bit suspicious...

Used a few times over the years. Lately it's been better. Visits to pick up supplies has generally had good customer service. When we were in a condo some of the service work on our jacuzzi was unprofessional and I did not want to ever use them again.\r \r Since being in a house we've had to go in to the store several times for supplies and that has been pleasant. So I can say yes, use the store (also one near the West Seattle Freeway), but careful with their on-site service.
