We purchased a jacuzzi tub from Aqua Quip in November 2024. Delivery went great until our electrician blew a fuse on our control panel. Aqua Quip was great with offering us support and we were up and running in just a couple days. Fast forward a couple months it was time to drain our tub for the first time and my husband couldn’t find the drain hose. The front desk was very helpful trying to find an O-ring. However, I was very surprised that they were willing to lie to me that sent filters filter algae better than cartridge filters, and that filters filter, smaller microns, which obviously is a lie. They might not know their job which I highly doubt, seems that they’re willing to lie in order to make a sale… :(
Do not use Aqua Quip pool repair service! It took almost 5 months for them to diagnose & repair the exhaust fan for my pool. Numerous calls to ask for them to speed it up and even offered to pay for overtime were ignored. The repair man Pete was friendly & did a good job but the office was no help in getting repair for done. I will NEVER use Aqua Quip repair again.
Joseph has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me fix the seriously out-of-balance chemistry in my swimspa, with expert and friendly advice. My swimspa is now fixed and back in action. Thank you!!
Cierra- She is amazing. Lots of professionalism addressing customers. My experience today was exceptional. She walked me through how to treat my pool. To me I would recommend her to be the one serving me and other customers in federal way. I met her today after a long time and I was glad to meet her again today. Kudos Cierra
