Purchased new Jacuzzi 315 Spa, which was put into service on 9/12/2025. Unit's jet plumbing leaks, reported on 9/18/2025. Dealer, AquaQuip, sent a service tech on 9/26/2025 to diagnose, who determine that parts for the jet are needed to make the repair. It's now Oct 8th. After numerous calls to service, not knowing if the parts arrived. Hard to believe in this day of next day delivery, package tracking. We now have a service date scheduled for Oct 17th. I purchased an Aqua Quip Spa this spring, the sale, delivery and installation went well. After a few months a fault appeared on the display, a Tech came out to fix, however after he left the interior lighting did not work, I was told the tub would need a new wiring harness. After a few months of waiting and many phone calls to get a status the harness was available. On appt day i was told there was an additional part required so the appt was cancelled. I get water tests (free!) and chemicals for my pool at AquaQuip in Woodinville and I am writing a 5 star review for Noelle and Jacob who usually are the ones who help me out - they are bright, knowledgeable and helpful beyond expectation. If you are their boss, you should give them a raise :)
Jake was super helpful and got me all set up for hot tub maintenance. He took the time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Will continue going here for my hot tub needs!
We bought our hot tub from Aaron. It was a pleasant experience, they offered installation services, and have been very helpful when needed. We get our water tested often.
