While we were quite happy with our buying experience (Aaron was great), not even a year and a half later our hot tub has started leaking out both sides. We have kept 100% on maintenance. When we called Aquaquip for someone to come out it took over a week for a call back and it was immediately clear that the service call would be nearly $400 for the first hour, not including parts. BUYER. BEWARE.
We had a great experience today at AquaQuip. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Aaron and the staff figured out everything and how much of each we needed to get our new pool water ready for summer. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this store.
I purchased a Nordic Hot Tub from the Aqua Quip Woodinville store from Aaron Bates, store manager. My experience was excellent. He helped me with the load calculations on my deck, arranged for the delivery and installation (which was on time), and came to the house to assist me in converting the panel from 220 to 110. He promptly answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. We had a great experience.
Recently had a great experience, thanks to Aaron. I’ve been having difficulty with a cold plunge that I recently purchased and he went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot, contact other team members, and fix it. Was a huge relief!
Aaron was especially helpful with making informed decisions as to what products would best meet our needs. We appreciate his follow through.
