Aaron is the best. We have worked with Aaron and crew to keep both pool and hot tub in prime condition for over 5 years. I reached out to them to schedule maintenance to winterize our hot tub. We just moved into a home with a hot tub and are clueless about how to handle it, and were in a rush to winterize it before a cold snap hit. They let us know they didn't have availability until a couple of weeks out but were kind enough to send us some resources so we could do it ourselves if we wanted to. I was impressed that they took the time to do this. I will definitely be reaching out to them when we need hot tub services later on.
I made my request on November 4, 2024 to see if this Aquaquip store could do a repair on my spa. I had also contacted some other companies in the area. All responded within a day or two other than Aquaquip, and I was able have a person come out and successfully repair my spa about a week later. Best store ever! This is the only aqua supply store I could find in a 50 mile radius that had pool thermometers in stock when I needed one for my job to make sure our pool stays within the legal temperature range. Aaron and Calvin are amazing!!!! Thank you so so so much!!!!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌
