Purchased new Jacuzzi 315 Spa, which was put into service on 9/12/2025. Unit's jet plumbing leaks, reported on 9/18/2025. Dealer, AquaQuip, sent a service tech on 9/26/2025 to diagnose, who determine that parts for the jet are needed to make the repair. It's now Oct 8th. After numerous calls to service, not knowing if the parts arrived. Hard to believe in this day of next day delivery, package tracking. We now have a service date scheduled for Oct 17th. While we were quite happy with our buying experience (Aaron was great), not even a year and a half later our hot tub has started leaking out both sides. We have kept 100% on maintenance. When we called Aquaquip for someone to come out it took over a week for a call back and it was immediately clear that the service call would be nearly $400 for the first hour, not including parts. BUYER. BEWARE.
We had a great experience today at AquaQuip. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Aaron and the staff figured out everything and how much of each we needed to get our new pool water ready for summer. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this store.
I purchased a Nordic Hot Tub from the Aqua Quip Woodinville store from Aaron Bates, store manager. My experience was excellent. He helped me with the load calculations on my deck, arranged for the delivery and installation (which was on time), and came to the house to assist me in converting the panel from 220 to 110. He promptly answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. We had a great experience.
People in the store are great. The service department is horrible. Bought hot tube a year ago. Had the drain plug crack and I am still waiting for the service department to fix 3 months and counting. Very disappointing. Every time I have talk to service department they have been very rude as well.
