Lance & Aaron are always helpful. Been coming here for over a year and my hot tub is perfect because of them. They are also very knowledgeable on the chemicals and how to make the water safe for my family and I. I will recommend this place to anyone who has a pool, hot tub or want to buy something for their backyard.
I want to sincerely thank Aaron and Lance for their valuable help as I anxiously learn how to manage my pool. Aaron, who is very knowledgeable, stopped me when I was trying to buy way more product and tools than I needed. Lance is smart, careful, and welcomes me to ask what I feel are 'dumb' questions. They both strike me as loving what they do.
We have been going to AquaQuip Woodinville for 10 years now. We have "Always" received good service and valuable advice for our hot tub needs. I would like to add that the manager there Aaron is truly a rock star with service. He's always pleasant, helpful and informative. We love being able to go and support a local business.
We recently purchased a new jacuzzi hot tub from Aaron Bates at the Woodinville Aqua Quip. He has been amazing at not only getting us the perfect tub but has readily answered all our questions and walked us through all of the start up process. Great service, not just for the sale but continuously through the life of the tub.
Went to Aqua Quip in Woodinville to get ready for a pool party. Lance helped me all the way through and got me on track. Aaron and Jessica helped me on the last visit and gave excellent service. I highly recommend these guys, they know their stuff!
