I had a great experience at the aqua quip in Woodinville. Noelle was amazing to work with and helped understand all the nuances of owning a hot tub. I would never have bought my spa if it wasn’t for her! Everyone at the Woodinville and Bellevue location are so helpful with any questions I have. They make the process super easy!
The entire team, lead by Aaron, is super knowledgeable and patient. They walked us through all our options for price/size/features and we're very honest about the value/need for various items. The water testing service and training on chemical treatments is a must for a first time owner. No need to shop around, save your time and just go here; you won't regret it.
Aaron and Noelle have been amazing. I have a pool new to me and didn’t know how much aqua quip can help homeowners with in ground pools including water testing on site, service for equipment and chemicals and all the parts and chemicals you could need to keep a clean swim space pool. Purchased new Jacuzzi 315 Spa, which was put into service on 9/12/2025. Unit's jet plumbing leaks, reported on 9/18/2025. Dealer, AquaQuip, sent a service tech on 9/26/2025 to diagnose, who determine that parts for the jet are needed to make the repair. It's now Oct 8th. After numerous calls to service, not knowing if the parts arrived. Hard to believe in this day of next day delivery, package tracking. We now have a service date scheduled for Oct 17th. We received out new hot tub install yesterday. Noelle from Woodinville Aqua Quip was nothing short of fabulous during the sales and the install process. Couldn't be happier. I would very much recommend her and the Woodinville store.
