Friendly staff, great service!!! Aqua Quip is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and each will take their time to answer my questions. If they can't help, they'll call another location to find my answers. People can buy equipment or supplies anywhere but I come to them because of their staff. Don't we all have enough stress in our lives without having to put up with ridiculous behavior from people as we hand them our money? I walk into their store knowing I will be respected and thanked. Yah!!!!
Excellent Customer service and professional support I can't provide enough praise for this company and the valuable support they provided us recently. The background is important: My 52 year old brother-in-law passed away from cancer leaving us with his beautiful 16 year old daughter (our niece) to raise. The bad story is that her absentee mother took her inheritence money ($150,000). This left my wife and I the challenge of how to keep his home for our niece's future. Helpfull staff, when my hot tub became a cold tub The staff at Aqua Quip have been around for years. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to diagnose my "Cold Tub" problem and get me back to warmer waters in no time at all. If you live in the south end check out this little store. Everything we need Aqua Quip is a great store. They have great customer service and are very helpful for all our hot tub needs. There prices are reasonable and they have helped us keep our hot tub in great running order.
Hot Tubs Aqua quip is the company I use for just about all my hot tub chemicals and mechanical work on my hot tub. They allow me to bring in my power pack and will have shipped to their Lakewood store for work and always have it back promptly.
