Probably one of the best experiences I have had with not just a pool company but with any home improvement/repair companies that I have dealt with in the last 5-6 years. Wonderful Communication and great response time to all my questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new pool or repairs to an existing pool. Overall great experience. SWIMMING POOL BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I would give this company a rating of 0 if I could. Sadly, I learned the lessons of pool research the hard way. Percy Lapoint, dba, AquaElite Pools, in Sulphur, Louisiana quoted me a price to install a pool for me last July. He required a deposit of almost $54,000 to "order my pool". In August, he informed me that my pool was in manufacturing and that I was next on the list to have my pool installed.
