Our store Representative is very professional, courteous and timely. Has gotten taken care of anytime there has been a shortage or we needed a resupply. She is great about informing us of upcoming schedule changes and I would recommend her for a bonus and a pay raise.
Carlos T is the best honestly! Over the past (almost) 2 years he’s been super consistent with towel deliveries and has made effort to create a connection with all the managers and associates here at Panda. Ever since he started servicing my store I have, not once, ran out of towels. He has also offered different services (ex. Aprons, first aid kits) for my store but unfortunately, these requests did not get approved by my supervisor. Our driver Keith always makes sure we have all our services completed at our scheduled time. We never have issues that he doesn't correct the same day. We never go without our materials and services. He is friendly and the best rep we have had service our business.
We at United Casing have had multiple reps from your company and your employee “T” is by far the best we’ve come across. She is always bright, cheerful and brings an all around great atmosphere when coming into our office. She has great communication skills and meets the responsibilities of her job with grace. 11/10 would recommend!
Our services with Vestis (formally Aramark) have not been so great. Uniforms have been lost, or the order has taken a long time to come in, but the representative who handles our account makes up for it.
