I am writing to warn other businesses about our experience with Vestis. We signed a commercial account for four employees: each employee was to receive 14 shirts, 14 pants, and 2 jackets, plus weekly shop rug/towel service. While Vestis eventually completed the initial order, the jackets arrived 3–4 months late and only after we used and then returned temporary jackets. I have to do this because I have no other options and I hope it helps any place looking to supply uniforms to its employees. I have been a pro mechanic 32 years. I have changed shops over the years and never, not once have I had to wait more than a month or so. As of today’s route delivery shows me that even after 3 plus months I’m still waiting on my pants. Had absolutely worst experience with Vestis. The weekly bill had been increasing for two months. Countless calls were made but no one seemed to display an ounce of concern. After one week of desperately trying to reach the management with no success, I decided to cancel my service with them. They were very eager to sign you up but once the contract is signed, no one is there to assist.

I am deeply disappointed with the conduct of salesperson Justin Flynn from Vestis. He demonstrated extreme dishonesty by signing a contract agreement and falsely claiming that I authorized him to sign on behalf of our company. Furthermore, he initially stated that Vestis services did not require a contract, yet presented an agreement lacking the pricing details we had discussed and agreed upon.
