I was set to deliver some order to her and got caught up with traffic in a few other things and her understanding and patience were exemplary. Honestly I’ve never done business until this point but if this is the kind of service and perfection that your company offers every body and I mean everybody should come to this company. Our route representative is terrific - great customer service and just an overall nice person. Some of the rugs in the rotation are definitely more worn than others, but they provide us with the product we want.
Cody is awesome, he always meets our needs whenever they come up and always walks us through the invoices. I recommend other companies just because of the service that Cody provides.
Very friendly staff and very responsive to our specific needs. The count of rags per bag might be slightly off per bag. Always on time and bringing extra rags if we need them. Great service!
The driver for our plant is good at communicating with me and maintenance/production workers on anything we may need from him. The driver is always on time and friendly.
