Yoshi is wonderful! He is very professional, hard working! He always comes in with a smile on his face! He always remembers his clients names and makes sure he greets everyone when he comes in. I would have to say Yoshi is one of the best people at this company. Very sweet and always asking how everything is going and if we need anything. Wonderful job!
I want to say that it has been a pleasure to work with Yoshi handling all our linen needs. He is always easy to reach when we need something, and is always communicating with us in regards to some items that may need to be brought back that he did not have available on his truck. He is a kind and very respectful person to work with.
I would rather not to comment about the quality of the products or even the management team communication with the clients. I just would like to say they have the best delivery team! Every one of them goes above and beyond to serve the client. Israel is my route driver. He is by far the best I’ve ever had! He is very accommodating. We have been with the company for at least 7 years now. The service and the quality of linens are at par with our mission in our industry. We specially like our delivery personnel who communicates with us and goes above and beyond by helping us with technical issues at our work place. Something that takes minutes for us to figure, he does in seconds. Thank you, Vestis and more power to you!
We have been their customers for many years. Great and timely service. Their supplies are always nice and clean. If we ever have issues, they usually take care of it, and provide good customer service. Would definitely recommend for commercial usage. Only thing is i wish they would provide invoice with each drop off, rather than sometimes just leaving the bag of supplies outside our door. It would be nice to match up what we get in the bags.
