Do not hire their services, I made the mistake of hiring them, and everything was fine but suddenly from one week to the next I was paying my bills for 67 dollars a week to the next it came to 1200 and they never knew or wanted to adjust it, from there I started sending them emails, asking them to correct that and they didn't, I asked them to cancel the contract, it's been 2 months since they cut off my service, they took their uniforms, the paper and soap dispensers and I still get bills, right now I owe them 1400 dollars, ... read more
The worst experience ever. Will never go back! Ryan the territory manager for Plano Texas is horrible. No communication or control over the driver. No deliveries over the weekend. Schedule date is Friday. No delivery. It has happened on more than one occasion now I’m stuck with no towels and no dinner napkins. Can’t wait to switch over next week. Save yourself the headache and money!
If you enjoy having a little bitty locker and Everytime the delivery guy comes he stuffs what uniform they bring cause they won't bring them all they wanna make sure you have one pair to wear all week and send them back to you with red tags and can't even replace the rug I rather have my dog wash my uniforms
Got to give my man Zach a shoutout. He always delivers quality service and has been our most reliable runner. Never has he let us down and is a man of his word. Without a doubt a honest man that carries a one man team. Thank you for all you do!
Zack is the best Aramark rep I have ever worked with. Always checking in, double checking if there is anything else he can do for us. Worked with him for over 4 years now. Would be tough shoes to fill if his route was ever switched up.
