Beware of Aramark's linen service!! Let me tell you my story: About 4 years ago this very young man possible just out of High School stopped by my Business (Restaurant). He offered me a linen service. At the time I had recently dropped my previous company due to budget issues. When this young man showed up I immediately told him I had a very small budget to go with. I don’t recommend this Aramak Uniform Service, I gave them a call to get uniform service and the person that answered the phone was very unprofessional and had an attitude, All I was asking for it was for them to send me a sales rep or to talk to one and the person that was handling the phone call was very frustrated with that and was giving me an attitude. if you guys don’t want to offer services then close your business or higher different people.
Terrible service. Long time to get new uniforms. Send in for wash never came back and was told they were lost. Now they are reordering all new. This has been going on for 5 months and we are no happy!
