Aramark is always punctual and on time! My driver Chris Milliron is by far the best representative I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Both Aramark and him have been very great!
They are easy to work with and our service representative, Adam is friendly and prompt. Explains any upcoming changes. Love having him as our service provider. Does a great job.
As a truck driver, it’s a decent enough place, friendly people, worked to get the truck empty quick as they could. If you’re coming here, you want to approach from 91st, it’s tight on the property and they had me simply pull up along the back of the building and they unloaded there, I then had to reverse around the corner and pull out the way I came in, not as bad as it sounds, but swing wide and you might need to have your tandems up to squeeze in.
This establishment has a dirty, wrongful, harassing supervisor in there and need to terminate him. He threw a mat at an employee's head and that employee went to the office in the building only to be told that they are short staffed as if they were insinuating they will not terminate the supervisor or even reprimand them. This supervisor is known to harass others as well. He has to go. I do not recommend this place at all because if they don't care about their employees than what do they care about. Buyer beware! Make sure that you have an attorney review anything that you sign with these guys. The most dishonest company with the absolute least accountability. We finally parted ways with this company after 3 years of them sliding in price increases. In their contract it states that your weekly invoice serves as your notice of price increases and that notice is your prices going up without any statement. They rely on employees signing invoices before upper management has time to react to their 10 day opt out clause... read more
