Our driver, Ryan, is so wonderful to work with. Always walks in the door with a smile and a sincere "how's your day?" His service is top notch. Quickly works to resolve any problems (which are rare) and follows up with us after he submits our request.
I don’t know what has changed within the last couple months but our work clothes smell like they’ve been sitting in a wet pile for far too long. All day I just smell an unpleasant scent on my shirts. This has happened occasionally throughout the years but it has been consistent the last couple months.
Ryan delivers great service. I tell all my vendors if you don't hear from me, you're doing a great job. I don't think I've ever had to contact Ryan. We have had a lot of different uniform services over the last 40 years, and have not needed any new quotes in the 6 years we have been with Aramark. Good value and great service.
Alex has been our route driver for a couple of years, and has built a great relationship with our company. Since he is our main contact for Aramark(Vestis) he carries himself very professionally. Alex has also shown amazing respect to the employees that he has contact with.
My vestis contact and delivery driver, Jason O, is absolutely incredible to work with. He makes sure our weekly linen deliveries are catered to my facilities needs. This man has worked for the company for years and that experience and knowledge has substantially helped make this new facility and partnership run smoothely.
