AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! We used them for a couple years. The service wasnt great but we really liked our delivery guy. Last year they jacked up the prices by 50% in the middle of our contract. When we asked why they said it was to pay for administrator raises. When we balked at paying the new super high price they sent us a horrible threatening letter stating we needed to pay the outrageous price our we would be in breech of contract and would owe them over $4000!!! Never get the rugs I pay for each week. Since we have a new route driver we have not received any of our invoices to pay for the service. On top of that our area director does not answer his phone to field these calls so I have to call the home office to have a ticket made (4 times now) that they never come out fulfill. Now they have put a fuel charge on their deliveries. Fuel charges are the cost of doing business. Should not be your customers burden.
Contract termination process is terrible. It’s been 30 days since contract termination mail which was sent via certified mail and I am still receiving invoices and no one is coming to grab their towels/uniforms.
I've had issues with this company from the start. Missing uniforms, being charged for more than the contract, wrinkled shirts, bad management. pay extra and use a good uniform company. Here we go again. 10-24-22. More wrinkled shirts with the collars a mess. Brought me two new pants ( not my size so cant wear them ) and one new shirt instead of patching a rip. Honestly they need to review their hiring requirements as it pertains to what’s needed to operate their vehicles. I’m not sure what licensing requirements they have but it must be on the low end. I’m shocked every week when they come by to do a delivery at how bad they are at driving and just operating a bigger truck in general.
