AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! We used them for a couple years. The service wasnt great but we really liked our delivery guy. Last year they jacked up the prices by 50% in the middle of our contract. When we asked why they said it was to pay for administrator raises. When we balked at paying the new super high price they sent us a horrible threatening letter stating we needed to pay the outrageous price our we would be in breech of contract and would owe them over $4000!!! Never get the rugs I pay for each week. Since we have a new route driver we have not received any of our invoices to pay for the service. On top of that our area director does not answer his phone to field these calls so I have to call the home office to have a ticket made (4 times now) that they never come out fulfill. Now they have put a fuel charge on their deliveries. Fuel charges are the cost of doing business. Should not be your customers burden.
I've had issues with this company from the start. Missing uniforms, being charged for more than the contract, wrinkled shirts, bad management. pay extra and use a good uniform company. Here we go again. 10-24-22. More wrinkled shirts with the collars a mess. Brought me two new pants ( not my size so cant wear them ) and one new shirt instead of patching a rip. Contract termination process is terrible. It’s been 30 days since contract termination mail which was sent via certified mail and I am still receiving invoices and no one is coming to grab their towels/uniforms.
We are a newer emergency veterinary business that has been open for about 2.5 months who uses Vestis for towel services and so far our experience with them has been great. Jacob, who is our delivery driver checks in to see if we need anything and is friendly. Any of our small issues that we have had our area rep has been great at solving for us and in a very timely manner. Brian is also extremely communicate and responsive. We are really happy with our service.
