I've had issues with this company from the start. Missing uniforms, being charged for more than the contract, wrinkled shirts, bad management. pay extra and use a good uniform company. Here we go again. 10-24-22. More wrinkled shirts with the collars a mess. Brought me two new pants ( not my size so cant wear them ) and one new shirt instead of patching a rip. Speaking for my employer O’Charleys, wanted to give a shout out to our delivery man Ernie. He is always at our location promptly in the morning and is fast and efficient as well as being thorough. When we had other drivers before him they would often show up later in the afternoon and not leave all of the towels and such that we needed for the week. Props to Ernie for being a great worker.
Directions good, overnight parking not available, restroom not available, fast unloading on street 😑
We are a newer emergency veterinary business that has been open for about 2.5 months who uses Vestis for towel services and so far our experience with them has been great. Jacob, who is our delivery driver checks in to see if we need anything and is friendly. Any of our small issues that we have had our area rep has been great at solving for us and in a very timely manner. Brian is also extremely communicate and responsive. We are really happy with our service.
Do not get stuck in a contract with this company.. Everything they supply is straight up. Junk, and now since they failed to tell me that my contract was up now im stuck with these people. For another 5 years. I definitely do not recommend this place unless you like getting ripped off. Don't be like me. Everything they supply can be bought cheaper than what we pay per for the service They provide
