This email was sent on 9/23/24 I sent my uniforms in on 8-16-24 I have yet to still receive any of my replacement shirts. My general manager also sent in a request and it stated that we get all 11 replacement shirts. That still hasn’t happen either. I need the shirts replaced. I also need a refund starting from 8-16-24 $12.65 comes out of my check every week. 10 weeks $126.50 Needs to be refunded back to me. After 6 months they STILL couldn't get me a size 32x34 pair of pants. Then after the 5th or 6th try, I said, "let's stop the bleeding, I'm done with this." So they sent me a letter saying I breached my contract and owe them 3k. I've called and complained stating the fact they couldn't hold up their end of the contract, but none of them cared.
Jake has delivered to our property since I started working with my Property. He is absolutely wonderful! He always lets us know when he is going on vacation so we are aware that someone else will be coming in and delivering our orders while he is gone. He always makes sure we have everything we need! He is always great to work with and always comes in with a smile on his face!
Sean is absolutely incredible and has the best customer service skills of any rep I’ve ever had. He communicated early about our needs for holidays making sure we never run out of product!
Sean has been our Vestis provider and driver for quite some time and has always been punctual, professional, and honestly has saved me in a pinch a time or two. Very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with him and the Vestis team. 5-stars!
