This email was sent on 9/23/24 I sent my uniforms in on 8-16-24 I have yet to still receive any of my replacement shirts. My general manager also sent in a request and it stated that we get all 11 replacement shirts. That still hasn’t happen either. I need the shirts replaced. I also need a refund starting from 8-16-24 $12.65 comes out of my check every week. 10 weeks $126.50 Needs to be refunded back to me. Jake has delivered to our property since I started working with my Property. He is absolutely wonderful! He always lets us know when he is going on vacation so we are aware that someone else will be coming in and delivering our orders while he is gone. He always makes sure we have everything we need! He is always great to work with and always comes in with a smile on his face!
Our guy Jake always makes sure we have everything we need for our business. He is very professional and polite. Everything comes to us nice and clean. We really enjoy this company makes our lives easier.
After trying several different companies, we are pleased to have made the decision to go with Vestis formally Aramark. Jake is always on time and make sure our needs are met. He stops and listens. Some companies make you feel like you’re just a stop . They’re in a hurry , not Jake he makes sure that all your questions are answered and shows no signs of trying to get out while you’re talking to him! Great customer service!
The company that I work for has been using Vestis f/k/a Aramark for a few years now and Jake Miller has been our delivery vendor. Jake is always professional, courteous and helpful in all aspects. He makes sure that we have ample linens before any major holiday so we do not end up short supplied.
