Continued improper billing for three years. Multiple people through leadership roles, and to echo everything below, in other reviews they give nothing but empty promises. The driver will forge your signature and bill you anyways. Used to have a wonderful relationship years back. All went upside down. Before you tell me how you care and to open a ticket, go review all of the past tickets unresolved.
Raised our pricing, when we reached out to our rep they told us to continue paying at previous rate.. didn't tell their accounting department, they sent us to collections for short payment and wouldn't respond to calls or messages. They then discontinued our service.. Do yourself a favor and use someone else
If I could give ZERO stars i would. DO NOT give this company a single dollar. Worst service wether it's the salesman or the management. I was given false information when signing up for the service and management was not willing to correct the issue. Customer service phone number did as they promised and my delivery driver was great but that's where the buck stops. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY
Unprofessional at all. Over charge every week. Each week not same amount!!!! What do we have the contract for? If not same amout every week!! Stupid sales person. No action. No contact back. Not solve any problem. Call to complaint many times but still the same problem. There is not well trained. Stay away from this company. Low quality process job. Low quality manager management still who taking care the problem. This is a company that deceives customer. Liar company.
The worst to deal with. Empty promises, bad customer service. Good luck trying to get any problem sorted out. They issue a ticket and then it just goes into some sort of abyss. They are rude, rude, rude and my driver was just WEIRD.
