We have been using Aramark for 25 years for our restaurant business. We had a regular driver for many many years, Kelly, and he was so helpful and accommodating to our needs. We since have a new driver, Ben, who has also been great and accommodating. They are reliable and the products are good. We are very happy!
Poor service, empty promises to be better, bad customer service, Even when dealing with Territory manager no results or improvements were made. As a company we are paying for week to week services, and on a weekly basis you are not delivering the services you are charging for. When will the excuses stop?
