I have been using for a year or so. My driver Dave is a pleasure to work with. Great communication and understanding. They work with you. Sometimes I need more, sometimes less. I can always count on Dave. Keep it up!
David has been the best driver we have had by far. . He's always on schedule and willing to help when we have a problem... We used to be short on towels very often, but since he took over our account, we haven't had a single issue.
To be honest, I've had my share of issues with Aramark (now Vestis). It's been over 5 years since we started working with Aramark and I've had tons of issues and frustrations. A lot of that comes from communication issues, poor delivery service and a lack of follow-up from management. This review would have been 2 stars up until recently. This 5 star review is based on the past 10 months or so since our current driver / sales rep has been assigned our account and the company has changed over to Vestis. Not too long bef... read more
Our driver, Dave, is great. He's always available to answer questions or check on/place orders for us. He's always on-time, reliable, and has a friendly, agreeable attitude. I enjoy working with him every week. The complaint I get from my employees is that uniforms with the same size printed on them are variable in actual fit, and the pants run at least 2" too small in the waist.
Very good service with amazing driver ! David is always on time with everything we need! The product is very clean and ready to use. One less thing to worry about in a very busy store !
